Dr.Mehta Jaishree s.having doctorate degree, post graduate degree M.Sc.(CD)Home Science from Banasthali Vidhyapith, (Raj) and MBA(HRM) from IIM, Chennai. she has cleared first attempt (NET)exam, since 2002 she is working as Asso. Prof(Home Science) at Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of science and applied science Ahmedabad -Gujarat, She has undertaken the UGC sponsored minor research project on "Human Rights and Tribal Women Workers in Vadodara District in Gujarat" and Guided research work of the UG & PG students. she has contributed in the area of Human Development and family studies, women and child development issues and integrated rural development through extension work, and Also took up the External Exams of paper moderating also did scrutinizing work.From 2006 to 2024, Gramjeevan Padayatra is spreading the message of Gandhian life in 120 villages of all Gujarat.All the universities of Gujarat also do the work of taking Home Science Practical and Theory exams and preparing papers. Dr. Parul Shrimali Sadhu (M.A., M.Phil, PhD, Home Science) is an Assistant Professor at Gujarat Vidyapith. She earned her B.A. and M.A. (Home Science) with gold medals from Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Sadhu completed her PhD in Home Science from Gujarat University, with a dissertation on "Impact of Organic and Inorganic Foods: A Comparative Study". Her research expertise lies in the area of human nutrition, with a focus on the effects of organic and inorganic foods on human health.

With over 18 years of teaching experience at Gujarat Vidyapith, Dr. Sadhu specializes in Gernal Home Science. Her expertise spans various courses, including food and Nutrition, Dietetics, food processing technology, clothing and textile and Home Management. Additionally, she has a keen interest in Fashion Design, exploring the intersection of textiles, embroidery , apparel designing and fashion

She has completed her PhD in Home Science from Gujarat University, with a dissertation on "Impact of Organic and Inorganic Foods: A Comparative Study". She has authored two books and published more than 15 articles in various national and international journals and she has presented more than 39 research papers at conferences and seminars.

She has been holding the role of NSS program officer for the last 8 years. She delivered lecture in varies colleges and NSS camp. She was Member Of SC/ST Cell, Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedebad in 2012 and Member Of Hostel Committee, M. D. College, Randheja. She completed 1 orientation program ,3 refresher course. and 1 short Tarm course.

Dr.Mansi Shukla is an Assistant Professor (Contractual Basis) Department of Food and Nutrition, Faculty of Science and Applied Science at Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahemdabad,Gujarat. She holds M.Sc, PhD in Food and Nutrition. She has brilliant academic carrier and university topper as she is awarded gold medal in MSc Food and Nutrition by Surashtra University. She completed her PhD on type 2 diabetes mellitus and intervention of Ayurveda based therapeutics. Her research work is being appreciated by many expertises of Food and Nutrition. She has been served as visiting faculty of food and nutrition at many institutes. Her research papers have been presented and published in many national and international conferences and journals. She has immense interest in complementary and alternative therapies. She is also associated with many NGOs in Public health domain.
