Welcome to Snatak Sangh
Established on December 6, 1925, by Acharya Gidawaniji, Snatak Sangh is the esteemed alumni association of Gujarat Vidyapith. With a rich history spanning nearly a century, our association has grown to include over 25,000 students who have passed out or taken a degree from Gujarat Vidyapith. Snatak Sangh welcomes all these students to be the part of this extended family. Here we aim to create a pool of shared sentiments, our attachments with our alma mater, and also to remain in touch with your peers and teachers as well. Here you find a golden opportunity to contribute to the well being of the generations of new students with the story of your struggles and success.
Our Members, our pride
We take pride in having 2,500 lifetime members, who are an integral part of our community. Our alumni have gone on to achieve great success in both the government and private sectors, with many holding prominent positions. The galaxy of our alumni consists of notable men of letters, social reformers, spiritual leaders, political leaders, notable academicians, journalists of excellence, business persons at home and abroad. Annual Maha Sammelan
Since our inception, Snatak Sangh has hosted an annual Maha Sammelan, bringing together our members and providing a platform for networking, reminiscing, and celebrating our shared experiences. Again, it would be an opportunity to be the part of this association and explore the sky of your university days and reconnect with the lost links of your youthful dreams.
