Hindi Prachar Samiti (हिंदी प्रचार समिति), Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad

The Gujarat Hindi Prachar Samiti was established in 1946, with the vision of Mahatma Gandhi. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel served as its first president. Since its inception, the committee has been dedicated to promoting the Hindi language and Gandhian ideals. It organizes regular examinations on Hindi and Gandhian thought to engage students through various educational institutions. Supported by the collaboration and goodwill of academic institutions across Gujarat (around 1010 centres), these efforts aim to enhance the effectiveness and reach of Hindi language and Gandhian ideology among the students right from their young age.
